Accredited Response Skills Courses

PUAWER001A – Induction Training

Focuses on the identification, prevention and reporting of potential workplace emergency situation. Australian Standards 3745-2010 requires that occupants of workplaces would participate in skills retention activities at intervals not greater than 12 months

PUAWER004A – Response Skills Training

This unit covers the competency required to recognise and report workplace emergencies enabling staff to take the appropriate action. This training applies to all personnel within an organisation and has been developed to cover the broad range of emergencies and workplaces as considered in Australian Standard 3745-2010.

AS3745-2010 requires that occupants of workplaces would participate in skills retention activities at intervals not greater than 12 months.

In accordance with the AFAC (Australasian Fire and Emergency Service Authorities Council), Evac-You-8 can offer PUAWER001A and PUAWER004A as a combined course.

PUAWER005A – Warden Training

Australian Standard 3745-2010 requires that Emergency Control Organisations (ECO) or Wardens shall attend a skills retention activity every 6 (six) months. Our Warden Training course has been developed to cover the broad range of emergencies and workplaces as considered in AS 3745-2010 focusing on Warden Roles and

PUAWER008A – First Attack FireFighting

Evac-You-8 offers training specific to the control and / or limit of an emergency situation; including the practical use of fire equipment on a controlled hot fire. AS3745-2010 requires that persons trained in First Attack Firefighting attend a skills retention activity every 2 (two) years.
