Emergency Evacuation Diagrams

AS3745 has been updated, and in summary states that Evacuation diagrams that provide emergency and evacuation information shall be displayed in all facilities where all occupants and visitors are able to view the diagrams.

Individual diagrams shall be correctly orientated with regard to the direction of egress and its location to the ‘YOU ARE HERE’ point.

Evac-You-8 ensures that the minimum elements are included in each diagram and will offer optional information that can be considered by the Emergency Planning Committee for inclusion on the Evacuation
Diagrams.

Emergency Procedure Flip Charts

The Emergency Procedure Flip Charts are an easy and effective method for the Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) to access important emergency information. Referenced for AS 3745-2010, the
Emergency Procedure Flip Charts can be individually tailored for any organisation.

Bomb Safety Awareness Kits

The Evac-You-8 Bomb Safety Awareness kit comprises of procedures and counsel from experienced persons with military, security and emergency services backgrounds. The Bomb Safety Awareness kits are in accordance with Australian Standard 3745-2010 and current procedures used by the Australian Federal Police.

Portable Fire Equipment

Evac-You-8 can supply and install Portable Fire Equipment such as fire extinguishers and fire blankets in line with AS2444 (2001).

Warden Equipment

In an emergency it is essential that the Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) can be identified. Colour coded in accordance with AS 3745-2010, Evac-You-8 can supply the following equipment for members of the ECO:

• Safety Helmets
• Vests
• Tabards


Fire Safety Audit

Evac-You-8 can conduct a Fire Safety Audit in accordance to Australian Standards 4655 (2005), our qualified staff will conduct a facility walkthrough and audit against nominated criteria including those in relation to life safety. This will include review of maintenance records and provide a final written report on the facility.
